Agrimat systems guarantee efficiency and quality in every phase of the process

1. SORTING

Initial introduction of the product into the selection line through an accurate feeding system, ensuring a constant flow for the subsequent phases.

2. PRE-SELECTION

Initial analysis of the product to eliminate unwanted or defective elements, crucial to allow only high quality products to advance in the process.

3. WASHING

Automatic washing, brushing and drying system. The product is perfectly clean and seems polished without additives but in a natural way.

4. ALIGNMENT

Ensures uniform positioning of products on the line, facilitating optimal distribution to maximize the efficiency of subsequent calibration

5. SELECTION

Central phase of the process, where selection and calibration takes place using advanced technologies, based on predefined criteria such as size, weight and quality.

6. CALIBRATION

Customized optical vision system that uses advanced technologies to identify specific details, ensuring accurate selection and maximum precision in calibration.

7. PACKAGING

Final stage in which the selected products are carefully packaged, closing the production cycle and ensuring that the products reach the market with maximum integrity and precision.

WEIGHT SYSTEMS

Alternatively, calibration can be performed using highly precise weighing systems, ensuring accurate classification based on the weight of individual products.
